The Working Conditions Act - Standardized Framework for Working Safely
The Working Conditions Act aims to promote health, safety, and welfare in the workplace. Any accident on the job is indeed one too many.
Now the Working Conditions Act acts simply as an umbrella. What happens underneath is the responsibility of the companies themselves. This is how the rail sector works with the Standardized Framework for Working Safely, drafted by ProRail in order to maintain safety while working along the Duch railways. Guidelines such as the CROW 96a and b exist for roadwork.
Accreditation
For rail work, specific requirements apply to which your business operation must adhere. ProRail determined these requirements in accreditation regulations. No accreditation means no working on the rails. Disc is partnered with an accredited on-the-job safety company. You may also contact us for any railway safety jobs.
For road and waterway construction, Public Works and Water Management is oftentimes the executive or supervising party. Disc is also familiar with the requirements and work methods of this organization and can provide, therefore, expert assistance on projects within this sector.
Our Services
